It’s that time of year again when I’m ready to transition into my fall wardrobe, but it’s still 80 degrees outside! The best way I’ve found to easily transition my outfits is by switching up the color palette. I’m still wearing my skater skirts and t’s, but instead of hot pink and bright orange, I’ve moved on to shades of navy, hunter green, mustard, and burgundy (my fav!). Check out the Pantone color report for Fall 2014 to see what colors you should be rocking this season!
This is such an easy outfit to throw on! I’ve actually had this skirt since college…which is a pretty long time, and it is still one of my favorites. I love the muted color palette.
I also just recently stumbled upon American Apparel’s Summer Shirt. I don’t usually like fitted t’s, but this one has such a nice fit. I really like the slightly linger sleeve length and the neckline isn’t too high.
I apologize for not posting as frequently recently. I’ve been trying to slowly update the blog, and that has taken up so much time. I’m going to bring someone in to help me, because trying to teach myself code hasn’t been working too well:-)
See you soon!
xo,
Kat
